- 1 cup almond flour
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup melted coconut oil
- 1 tsp vanilla

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Combine dry ingredients in a small bowl and set aside
- Whisk together the egg, vanilla and oil in a large bowl
- Add in the dry ingredients and mix well
- Fold in 1/3-1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
- Scoop, roll and flatten slightly on a lined baking sheet
- Bake for 12-14 min
