Add flour to a mixing bowl + baking powder + organic cane sugar and mix
Cut in butter/coconut oil until the texture is crumbly
Pour DF heavy whipping cream or milk to a measuring cup and add in vanilla
Add to the flour mixture and mix
Form into a tight ball using your hands and on a floured countertop flatten into a large circle for regular scones or 4 small circles for small scones. You will get 8 reg/16 small
