Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp pumpkin puree

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix the flour, baking powder, coconut sugar and pumpkin pie spice in a bowl
- Add the pumpkin puree and egg and mix well
- Using a cookie scooper, scoop into hands and roll into balls
- Optional: roll in a mixture of coconut sugar + pumpkin pie spice
- Place on parchment paper lined on a baking sheet
- Bake for 12-14 minutes and enjoy! 🙂
