Pumpkin Spice Candied Nuts
Ingredients

cups
mixed nuts
can use any nuts

egg whites
1
tbsp
coconut oil
1/2
tbsp
pumpkin pie spice
can substitute cinnamon
1/4
cup
coconut sugar
can substitute brown sugar
1/4
cup
organic cane sugar
1/4
tsp
salt
Instructions
Preheat oven to 325F
In a bowl, whisk the egg whites. Add in the coconut oil and whisk again
Pour this mixture over the nuts in a larger bowl and stir until all the nuts are coated
In another bowl, combine the sugar + pumpkin pie spice + salt
Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the nuts in small amounts, mixing each time
Spread the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an even layer
Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through
Let cool completely before breaking apart and eating!
