Ingredients
  • 1cup almond flour
  • 1/4cup coconut flour
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 3tbsp maple syrup
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/4cup coconut oilmelted and cooled
  • 1/2cup raspberriescut into small pieces
  • 1/3cup mini chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour and baking powder and set aside
  3. In another bowl, combine the maple syrup, vanilla, egg and coconut oil
  4. Fold in wet ingredients to dry and mix until fully combined
  5. Add in chocolate chips and mix
  6. Fold in raspberries
  7. Scoop onto parchment paper on a baking sheet
  8. Press down lightly on top of each cookie
  9. Bake for 14 min
  10. Turn broil on low and broil for 1 min, watching closely so the cookies don’t burn
  11. Let cool and enjoy! 🙂
