Soft & Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookies

softened

cup
coconut sugar or dark brown sugar

cup
organic cane sugar

egg

tsp
vanilla
1 3/4
cup
organic all purpose flour

tsp
baking soda
1 1/2
tsp
arrowroot
can sub cornstarch
3/4
cup
dark chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
Cream together the softened butter and sugars. Beat in the egg and vanilla and set aside
In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and arrowroot.
Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well
Fold in chocolate chips
Chill dough in refrigerator for 45 min (prevents overspreading)
Scoop and roll onto lined cookie sheet
Flatten slightly
Bake for 8 min & enjoy! 🙂
