Ingredients
- 2 cups organic all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/3 cup organic cane sugar
- 1/4 cup coconut sugar can sub brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 cup coconut oil can sub butter or ghee, melted
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt can sub sour cream
- 1/3 cup almond milk
- Fresh strawberries diced

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, baking soda and baking powder
- In another bowl, cream together the coconut oil, sugar and vanilla. Whisk in the eggs.
- Add the yogurt and almond milk and stir all together.
- Combine the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix well.
- Fold in the strawberries.
- Pour the batter into a lined loaf/bread pan and top with more strawberries
- Bake for 55-60 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
