Ingredients
  • 2cups almond flour
  • 1tsp baking soda
  • 1tsp cinnamon
  • 2tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1cup bananas mashed
  • 2 eggs
  • 1tbsp maple syrup
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, coconut sugar and cinnamon
  3. In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the mashed bananas and maple syrup
  4. Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined
  5. Pour the batter into a bread pan lined with parchment paper
  6. Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
  7. Allow the loaf to fully cool (about 30 minutes) before slicing
