The BEST Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar/brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup org cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil/butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

  • 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 cup coconut sugar/brown sugar
  • 1/2 cup org cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil/butter softened
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Mix together the pumpkin purée, sugar, coconut oil, eggs and milk/oj
  3. In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and powder and pumpkin pie spice
  4. Add to the wet mixture and mix until fully combined
  5. Pour into oiled/lined bread pan
  6. Bake for 55-60 min or until toothpick comes out clean
Recipe Notes

Optional: top with pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate chips, a drizzle of maple syrup, crushed pecans

    Just made this today! It’s delicious! We added Lilly’s semi sweet baking chocolate chips and it was a hit! Thanks for sharing.
