Ingredients
- 1 15 oz can pumpkin puree
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar/brown sugar
- 1/2 cup org cane sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil/butter softened
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 2 tsp pumpkin pie spice or cinnamon

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix together the pumpkin purée, sugar, coconut oil, eggs and milk/oj
- In another bowl, mix the flour, baking soda and powder and pumpkin pie spice
- Add to the wet mixture and mix until fully combined
- Pour into oiled/lined bread pan
- Bake for 55-60 min or until toothpick comes out clean
Recipe Notes
Optional: top with pumpkin seeds, dark chocolate chips, a drizzle of maple syrup, crushed pecans
