Ingredients

white whole wheat flour

GF oats

baking powder

coconut oil
melted

vanilla

egg

tbsp
coconut sugar

maple syrup
1/3
cup
dried cranberries
1/3
cup
white chocolate chips
Instructions
Preheat oven to 350F
In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, coconut sugar and baking powder
In another bowl, mix together the coconut oil, vanilla, egg and maple syrup
Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix
Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips
Refrigerate for 30 min (dishes)!
Scoop and roll tightly onto parchment paper lined baking sheet
Flatten slightly with palm
Bake for 14 minutes
Let cool and enjoy!
