White Chocolate Cranberry Oat Cookies

Ingredients
  • 3/4cup white whole wheat flour
  • 2cup GF oats
  • 1tsp baking powder
  • 1/2cup coconut oilmelted
  • 1tsp vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 3tbsp coconut sugar
  • 1/4cup maple syrup
  • 1/3cup dried cranberries
  • 1/3cup white chocolate chips
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, coconut sugar and baking powder
  3. In another bowl, mix together the coconut oil, vanilla, egg and maple syrup
  4. Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix
  5. Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips
  6. Refrigerate for 30 min (dishes)!
  7. Scoop and roll tightly onto parchment paper lined baking sheet
  8. Flatten slightly with palm
  9. Bake for 14 minutes
  10. Let cool and enjoy!
