1 cup grass fed butter
2 1/4 cups organic all purpose flour
1/2 cup organic cane sugar
1 tsp vanilla
1 tsp almond extract

Preheat oven to 325F
Microwave butter for 30 seconds to soften
Pour in sugar, vanilla and almond and cream together
Add in flour and mix well
Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes
To make shapes: roll out on parchment paper or floured surface and cut out using favorite cookie cutters. Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet.
Or can roll into balls and press down with palm
Bake for 15-17 minutes or until edges are golden brown
