Ingredients
1 banana, mashed
1 egg
1 tsp cinnamon
3 tbsp almond flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp almond milk
Honey or maple syrup to sweeten
Instructions
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and pour into oiled ramekin.
Top with coconut sugar
Bake at 350F for 30-32 min or until toothpick comes out clean
