unthaw 2 sheets puff pastry according to package
cut each into 6 equal rectangles
add a spoonful of strawberry jam to the center of 6 of the rectangles
place the other puff pastry on top and press around the edges
brush either 1 whisked egg or milk of choice on top
bake at 425F for 10-12 min or until golden
icing: 1 cup powdered sugar + 1 tbsp milk of choice
