crumble:
mix together 1 1/4 cup all purpose flour + 1 cup oats + 2/3 cup brown sugar + 1/2 cup softened butter + 1/2 tsp baking powder
press 2/3 of crumble into 8×8 lined pan and bake at 350F for 10 min
berry chia filling:
warm 2 cups berries over low-med heat with a little coconut oil (I used blueberries & raspberries)
mash down when able and add in 2 tbsp chia seeds
let it simmer over low to thicken
pour filling over baked crust and crumble remaining oat mixture evenly on top
bake for 33-35 min
let cool before cutting into bars
