Zucchini Chips

Ingredients

2 zucchinis

2 egg whites

Bread crumbs: blend toasted sourdough, add chile lime seasoning to taste and stir

Instructions

Cut zucchini into thin slices. Dip each piece into the egg white mixture then bread crumb mixture. Line on baking sheet and bake at 425F for 20 min.
