Ingredients
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup cashew butter can sub any nut butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, mix together the flour and baking powder
- In another bowl, stir the maple syrup and cashew butter
- Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined
- Scoop onto parchment lined baking sheet and press down lightly with a fork
- Bake for 10 minutes
- For the chocolate: microwave half a dark chocolate bar of choice + 2 tsp coconut oil in 30 second intervals until melted *Let the cookies cool before dipping*
- Place cookies in refrigerator to allow the chocolate to harden
