- 2 cups almond flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 cup bananas mashed
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking soda, coconut sugar and cinnamon
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the mashed bananas and maple syrup
- Add the flour mixture to the wet ingredients and mix until fully combined
- Pour the batter into a bread pan lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
- Allow the loaf to fully cool (about 30 minutes) before slicing
