Ingredients
- 3/4 cup white whole wheat flour
- 2 cup GF oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/3 cup dried cranberries
- 1/3 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, coconut sugar and baking powder
- In another bowl, mix together the coconut oil, vanilla, egg and maple syrup
- Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix
- Fold in the cranberries and white chocolate chips
- Refrigerate for 30 min (dishes)!
- Scoop and roll tightly onto parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Flatten slightly with palm
- Bake for 14 minutes
- Let cool and enjoy!
