Ingredients
- 1/2 cup butter softened
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar or dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 3/4 cup organic all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 1/2 tsp arrowroot can sub cornstarch
- 3/4 cup dark chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Cream together the softened butter and sugars. Beat in the egg and vanilla and set aside
- In another bowl, combine the flour, baking soda and arrowroot.
- Add dry ingredients to wet and mix well
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Chill dough in refrigerator for 45 min (prevents overspreading)
- Scoop and roll onto lined cookie sheet
- Flatten slightly
- Bake for 8 min & enjoy! 🙂
