Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 3 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup butter can sub coconut oil
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp almond extract can sub vanilla
- 1/2 cup blueberries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix wet ingredients into dry ingredients and combine well
- Fold in blueberries
- Scoop, roll and flatten slightly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Optional: sprinkle tops lightly with sugar
- Bake for 16 min and broil on low for 1 min
- Let cool and enjoy!
