Petite Vanilla Scones

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter/coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup DF heavy whipping cream or any milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 cups organic AP flour

  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
  • 1/2 cup butter/coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup DF heavy whipping cream or any milk
  • 1 tbsp vanilla
  • 2 cups organic AP flour
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. Add flour to a mixing bowl + baking powder + organic cane sugar and mix
  3. Cut in butter/coconut oil until the texture is crumbly
  4. Pour DF heavy whipping cream or milk to a measuring cup and add in vanilla
  5. Add to the flour mixture and mix
  6. Form into a tight ball using your hands and on a floured countertop flatten into a large circle for regular scones or 4 small circles for small scones. You will get 8 reg/16 small
  7. Place on baking sheet and bake for 25 min
  8. Icing: powdered sugar + df heavy whipping cream + vanilla bean paste
