- 1/4 cup grass fed butter softened
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- mini chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 and turn on some music (v important step)
- Cream together the coconut sugar and butter
- Add in the vanilla and egg
- Combine the flour & baking powder to the wet mixture and mix
- Stir in the chocolate chips
- Refrigerate for 30 min
- Scoop onto a lined baking sheet and bake for 12 min
