Ingredients
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup org cane sugar/coconut sugar
- 1/3 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup almond milk/milk of choice
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
- 2 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp baking powder

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix together the egg, sugar, maple syrup, yogurt almond milk and coconut oil.
- In another bowl mix the flour, baking soda and baking powder.
- Add to the wet mixture and stir until fully combined.
- Cinnamon sugar mixture: 1/4 cup organic cane sugar + 1/2 tbsp cinnamon. Add more cinnamon if you prefer!
- Add 1/3 batter to a lined/oiled pan and sprinkle 1/3 of the cinnamon sugar evenly on top. Repeat 2 more times.
- Bake for 50 min or until toothpick comes out clean! Oven times vary, may take longer.
- Drizzle with icing (milk + powdered sugar) and enjoy!
