Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup coconut sugar
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup butter (I used vegan butter)
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup white chocolate chips

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Oil a 8x8 dish (I used coconut oil) and line with parchment paper
- In a bowl, mix the almond flour, coconut flour, baking powder, salt, coconut sugar and cinnamon
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Pour in the butter and mix together
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet and mix well
- Fold in chocolate chips
- Pour batter into dish and spread evenly using a rubber spatula
- Add more chocolate chips on top
- Bake for 23-25 min or until toothpick comes out clean

Store in airtight container in fridge
*Can sub flax eggs if vegan (1 tbsp flax + 2.5 tbsp water = 1 egg)
**Can sub coconut oil for the butter
