preheat oven to 350F
cream together 1/2 cup softened butter + 1/2 cup brown sugar + 1/2 cup apple butter + 1 tsp vanilla + 2 tsp cinnamon
whisk in 1 egg
add in 1 1/2 cup all purpose flour + 1 tsp baking powder and mix until combined
fold in 1 cut up/peeled apple + 1 cup mini butterscotch chips
pour batter into a 9×9 lined pan
bake for 40-45 min or until toothpick comes out clean
