Ingredients
- 1 cup grass fed butter
- 2 1/4 cup organic all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp almond extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 325F
- Microwave butter for 30 seconds to soften
- Pour in sugar, vanilla and almond and cream together
- Add in flour (1/2 cup at a time watching for crumbles) and mix well
- Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes
- To make shapes: roll out on parchment paper or floured surface and cut out using favorite cookie cutters. Transfer to parchment lined baking sheet. Refrigerate for 15 minutes prior to baking
- Or can roll into balls and press down slightly with palm
- Bake for 15-17 minutes or until edges are golden brown
- Let cool and enjoy!
Recipe Notes
Optional: dip in mixture of melted dark chocolate and coconut oil and top with festive sprinkles!
