Ingredients
- 3/4 cup oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 c Unsweetened almond milk
- 1 c diced apples
- 1 banana mashed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix oats, baking powder and cinnamon in a bowl
- Add the banana and almond milk and stir
- Fold in diced apples
- Scoop into a muffin pan (lined or oiled)
- Bake for 30 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
Recipe Notes
Option to make 12 bite sized oatmeal cups by only filling halfway and baking for only 15-17 minutes.
Store in airtight container in fridge for up to 1 week.
