Ingredients
- Filling:
- 2 granny smith apples diced
- 1 cup whole cranberries
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 2 tbsp maple syrup
- CRISP:
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup GF oats
- 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, combine all filling ingredients and stir
- Pour into oiled dish and spread evenly
- Add crisp ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until fully combined
- Crumble on top of filling
- Bake for 45 minutes, filling should be bubbling and crisp should be golden brown
