Apple Cranberry Crisp

Ingredients
  • Filling:
  • 2 granny smith apples diced
  • 1 cup whole cranberries
  • Juice from 1/2 a lemon
  • 1 tbsp arrowroot powder
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • CRISP:
  • 3/4 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup GF oats
  • 3 tbsp pumpkin seeds
  • 2 tbsp ground flaxseed
  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted

  • Filling:
  • 2 granny smith apples diced

  • 3 tbsp maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 350F
  2. In a bowl, combine all filling ingredients and stir
  3. Pour into oiled dish and spread evenly
  4. Add crisp ingredients to a blender or food processor and blend until fully combined
  5. Crumble on top of filling
  6. Bake for 45 minutes, filling should be bubbling and crisp should be golden brown
  7. Let cool and enjoy! 🙂
