- Crust:
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/3 cup coconut oil melted
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 large apples
- apple pie spice or cinnamon

Instructions
- Mix all crust ingredients in a bowl and mash down 3/4 of it into a lined 8x8 dish.
- Peel and cut apples into small pieces. Warm in coconut oil over on the stove over low and mash when soft. Add apple pie spice/cinnamon and let it sit for 5 min to thicken.
- Let it cool for 15 min and pour evenly over crust layer. Crumble the remaining crust over the top
- Bake at 350F for 30 min
- Cut into squares & enjoy!
