Ingredients
- 1 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 egg
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 2 tbsp almond milk
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 bananas mashed

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and cinnamon
- In another bowl, whisk the egg, applesauce, almond milk, coconut oil, honey and bananas
- Add the dry ingredients into the wet and stir until fully combined
- Scoop into oiled/lined muffin pan
- Bake for 30 min or until toothpick comes out clean
