Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup almond flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 egg
- 1 banana mashed
- 1 tsp apple cider vinegar

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, combine the flour and baking soda
- In another bowl, whisk together the banana and egg and add the acv
- Mix dry to wet
- Scoop onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Optional: add blueberries and a sprinkle of cinnamon on top
- Bake for 14-16 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
