Ingredients
- 1 1/4 cup cassava flour can sub regular all purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup grass fed butter softened
- 1/3 cup organic cane sugar
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar can sub brown sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 cup runny organic peanut butter

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, microwave the butter for 30 sec to soften it
- Add the sugars and cream together. Add in the egg and vanilla and mix just until combined.
- Stir in the peanut butter and set aside
- In another bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda
- Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and mix until fully combined
- Refrigerate for 30 min (dishes time)!
- Scoop and roll onto baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Flatten with fork to make criss cross pattern
- Bake for 12 minutes and let cool
