Ingredients
- 3/4 cup almond flour
- 1/3 cup coconut flour
- 2 tbsp organic cane sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil melted
- Optional: splash of almond extract

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
- Roll batter into a tight ball and place fridge for 30 minutes
- Spread batter over a floured surface or between 2 sheets of parchment paper
- Cut out cookies and place on parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Refrigerate for 15 min
- Bake for 8 minutes at 350F/longer if making bigger cookies
- Let cool before decorating
- Glaze: 1/2 cup powdered sugar + 1-2 tbsp almond milk
