Instructions
- Cut up veggies of choice: pepper, tomato, broccoli, onion, spinach
- Whisk 5 eggs + garlic salt + pepper in a measuring cup
- Add veggies to a well oiled muffin pan to fill 6 cups
- Evenly fill each cup with the egg mixture
- Top with shredded cheese
- Bake at 350F for 20-22 minutes
