Ingredients
- 2/3 cup coconut flour
- 3/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup banana mashed
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tbsp unsweetened applesauce
- 2 eggs
- 1 tbsp date syrup or maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, mix the coconut flour, baking soda and pumpkin pie spice
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs. Add in the mashed banana, pumpkin and sweetener and mix well. Add in the applesauce and mix
- Add the flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir until fully combined
- Pour the batter into a bread pan lined with parchment paper
- Optional: top with chocolate chips
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool before removing from pan. Slice and enjoy! 🙂
