Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cup almond flour
- 2 tbsp coconut flour
- 1 tbsp pumpkin pie spice
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 banana mashed
- 3 eggs
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup canned pumpkin puree

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, combine the flour, spice and baking powder
- In another bowl, whisk the eggs with the mashed banana
- Add in the maple syrup and pumpkin puree and mix well
- Add the wet mixture to the dry and stir until full combined
- Pour into a bread pan lined with parchment paper
- Bake for 60 min or until toothpick comes out clean
