Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cup white whole wheat flour
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 cup coconut oil melted
- 1 egg
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup crushed pecans toast at 350F for 7 min for extra flavor

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, mix together the flour and baking soda
- In another bowl, cream the coconut oil/butter with the coconut sugar.
- Beat in the egg and maple syrup
- Add the flour mixture to the wet and mix thoroughly
- Fold in pecans
- Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes
- Scoop and roll onto parchment paper lined baking sheet
- Flatten with palm and top with more pecans
- Bake for 12-14 minutes or until edges are golden brown
