Ingredients
- 1 cup mashed ripe bananas about 3
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 cup oil of choice (coconut, applesauce, avocado, butter/ghee), melted/softened
- 2/3 cup coconut sugar can sub brown sugar or reg sugar
- 2 cups gluten free all purpose flour/reg AP flour
- 1 tsp baking soda

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Cream oil + coconut sugar in a bowl.
- Add eggs, vanilla and milk and mix well.
- Mash in bananas
- In another bowl, mix together flour and baking soda.
- Split up the wet batter evenly into 2 separate bowls.
- Add 1 cup of the flour mixture to one bowl and stir
- Add 2 tbsp cacao powder to the other half of the flour mixture and add to the second bowl of wet mixture and stir
- Pour into oiled/lined bread pan and bake for 50-55 min or until toothpick comes out clean
