Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 cup yogurt greek or coconut milk yogurt
- 3 tbsp coconut oil melted (can sub butter)
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup organic cane sugar
- 2 cups frozen berries

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375F
- In a bowl, mix together the eggs, yogurt, oil and milk.
- In another bowl, mix together the flour, baking powder and sugar.
- Add dry flour mixture to the wet mixture and stir together until fully combined.
- Fold in berries.
- Line a muffin pan with liners & spray lightly with coconut oil
- Scoop batter to fill all 12 cups
- Bake for 25-27 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean
- Let cool & enjoy 🙂
