Ingredients
- 1 cup GF oats
- 1/4 cup ground flax
- 1 tbsp chia seeds
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1/3 cup nut butter
- 3/4 cup freeze dried strawberries roughly crushed

Instructions
- Add oats, flaxseed and chia seeds to a bowl and stir together
- Pour in honey and nut butter and mix until fully combined
- Fold in strawberries
- Using a cookie scooper, scoop on a small piece of parchment paper and roll into a ball (parchment paper prevents it from sticking to hands)
- Place in a container or a baking sheet and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes prior to eating
- Store in airtight container in fridge
