Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350F
- Add flour to a mixing bowl + baking powder + organic cane sugar and mix
- Cut in butter/coconut oil until the texture is crumbly
- Pour DF heavy whipping cream or milk to a measuring cup and add in vanilla
- Add to the flour mixture and mix
- Form into a tight ball using your hands and on a floured countertop flatten into a large circle for regular scones or 4 small circles for small scones. You will get 8 reg/16 small
- Place on baking sheet and bake for 25 min
- Icing: powdered sugar + df heavy whipping cream + vanilla bean paste
