Pumpkin Spice Candied Nuts
Servings
Ingredients
  • 2 1/2 cups mixed nuts can use any nuts
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice can substitute cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar can substitute brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt

  • 1/2 tbsp pumpkin pie spice can substitute cinnamon
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar can substitute brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup organic cane sugar
  • 1/4 tsp salt
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 325F
  2. In a bowl, whisk the egg whites. Add in the coconut oil and whisk again
  3. Pour this mixture over the nuts in a larger bowl and stir until all the nuts are coated
  4. In another bowl, combine the sugar + pumpkin pie spice + salt
  5. Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the nuts in small amounts, mixing each time
  6. Spread the nuts on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper in an even layer
  7. Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through
  8. Let cool completely before breaking apart and eating!
Recipe Notes

Store in airtight container at room temp for up to one week
